English as a Second Language (ESL) instruction is offered by IMC at it's Harvard location supported by the Illinois Community College Board.

Referrals for ESL, GED, basic skills and computer literacy classes at local community centers, churches, non-profit organizations (e.g., Goodwill Industries) and community colleges are offered by IMC locations in Anna, Cobden, Harvard, Moline and Peoria.

IMC offers scholarships for post-secondary education and occupational/vocational training to eligible farmworker and other rural/minority youth and adults.

Referrals to Bridge Programs for adults who need remedial/basic skills for transition to certificate/licensing for careers at local community colleges are offered by IMC locations in Anna, Cobden, Harvard, Moline and Peoria.
