WIA  Title I D 167   Eligibility Screening for IL farmworkers

QUALIFYING  FARMWORK SIC CODES Qualifying farmwork for eligibility under the Workforce Investment Act Title ID167 is agricultural work performed for wages in agricultural production or agricultural services as defined in the Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) or North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Codes. The SIC Codes and NAICS Codes include more specific definitions for each of these categories.  Qualifying SIC farmwork codes are: 01, 02 (minus 027), 07 (minus 074, 0752, 078). Excluded are landscaping, lawn and garden services, animal specialty and veterinary services. MAJOR GROUP 01.
